Rev. Andrew Bawa is an ordained minister, certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach, author, C.E.O of Impact Leadership Consulting and the Lead Pastor of NextGen Worship Centre – a family of true worshippers based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Since accepting his call to ministry in 1993, Andrew Bawa has served as a pastor, minister, leader, teacher, and humanitarian worker for over two decades. He has organized community-oriented events and hosted several ministers of God, world business leaders and award-winning gospel artists including John C. Maxwell (twice), Paul Martinelli, Tony Jeary, Bishop Samuel Rodriguez (multiple times), Micah Stampley, Maurice Brown, Tye Tribbett, Jonathan Nelson, Pastor William McDowell, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, Reverend Funke Felix-Adejumo, Reverend Sam and Pastor Nike Adeyemi, Reverend Victor Adeyemi Dr. Jasmin Sculark, Reverend Kingsley Ike amongst others.
Laden with a heart for community service, passion for youths, young adults, immigrants and refugee communities, and a calling to raise a generation with a difference.
Andrew Bawa is a well sought-after speaker who serves God faithfully through ministerial works and humanitarian engagements that has seen him minister to congregations and communities in over 12 countries across Africa, North America, Europe, and the Caribbeans. On February 21st 2016, Andrew Bawa started NextGen Worship Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he leads a generation of true worshippers and teaches the word of God. As a ministry, NextGen Worship Centre is founded on the core values of integrity, humility, honour, righteousness, and excellence and is home to people from over 17 different nations from around the world.
In 2017, he was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in Philosophy of Humane Letters by CICA International University & Seminary in Queens, New York.
Andrew Bawa is blessed with two lovely girls, Elswidih and Elnessa. A true leader and visionary, with over two decades of ministerial service under his belt, Andrew remains committed to raising a generation that makes a difference, organizing spirit-filled empowerment events all over the world, and inspiring youths to follow in Christ’s footsteps and become leaders.
